In an effort to give back this holiday season, Be Realty’s managing broker, Stephen Johnson, was invited to Mather High School’s Global Studies Town Hall. At this event five young professionals were asked to come and speak about their individual careers, paths, decisions and experiences.

Over the past year and a half, Be Realty has been busily setting up a structure for success. This has largely been about bringing on the right people and building a reliable team to help our clients be where they want to be. As of yet, these terrific agents have not all been introduced to the world, so it is with the introduction of Lynn Wendt that I continue presenting the people that comprise our growing team.
Lynn Wendt, Broker Associate, is building on her diverse 35 years of experience as a program manager in Information Technology and Real Estate development to launch a career in real estate. As a communication manager at the Project Management Institute to establish global standards for project and program management, Lynn understands the importance of reliable communication. Lynn’s professional experience as an early adopter in a team approach for getting results will elicit successful outcomes for her clients. Clients are drawn to Lynn for her professionalism, focus on details, and her genuine desire to see them succeed.
Lynn is as steady as they come. She has incredible attention to detail and knows how to plan and execute a process, which a successful transaction relies upon. She brings a vast knowledge in project management to Be Realty as a broker and a contributor to our company’s systems and procedures. Recently a new client of Lynn’s complimented her by saying Lynn was the “classiest broker she has ever worked with”. We know Lynn to be classy and caring and extremely organized. She is a terrific broker and a welcome addition to our team. Welcome aboard Lynn.

Stephen Johnson, Managing Broker/VP of Sales, built on his past experience as a sales manager and trainer for a large national corporation to shape his client-centric approach to the real estate brokerage business. As Managing Broker, he is constantly focused on improving Be Realty’s processes in order to provide good communication, superb real estate knowledge, and wonderful customer service to the brokers of Be Realty and their clients. The agents in the office quickly feel his strong passion for helping people. Stephen has been a Five Star professional award winner in real estate for 3 years running in recognition of his skills and devotion to helping his clients be where they want to be.
Stephen’s combination of knowledge and charisma is rare. He becomes fast friends with everyone he comes in contact with, yet is so knowledgeable about his craft that he commands the type of respect that experts in his field deserve. Stephen is poised to lead Be Realty to a place of prominence in the Chicagoland Real Estate world. I am privileged to call him my colleague and friend and proud to work beside him towards our common goal of bringing the brokerage to where we want it to be.

As of yet, these terrific agents have not been introduced to the world, so with the introduction of Jeff Krantz, I begin presenting the wonderful brokers that comprise our growing team
Jeff takes an analytical approach to real estate that maximizes his clients’ time. He specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, looking to find the perfect fit. As a three year native of Lakeview, he is an expert on where to be in Chicago’s Northside. When not engaged in real estate efforts, Jeff spends time developing web applications. Process improvement is inherent to what he does day to day and Jeff brings that energy to each new deal he completes with Be Realty.
I am particularly excited to see what Jeff can do for his friends who are just starting to dip their toes into the real estate pond. I am confident that his enthusiasm surrounding real estate and Chicago in general will lead to great experiences for his clients. Jeff’s knowledge of application development brings an interesting aspect to Be Realty the company that I suspect will be crucial to our future success.
